A wonderful collection of automobile memorabilia once housed in this unfinished garage now resides in a fully finished and conditioned showroom and lounge. All interior finishes were updated and refined, both spaces were mechanically retrofit for conditioning, and the lounge was transformed with the addition of a new fireplace and built-ins into a comfortable living space for relaxing and preparing memorabilia for show.
